Mako Kids Founder & CEO Evren Yiğit recently led a two-hour inclusive workshop for university students in collaboration with the Parıltı Association for Blind Children. Titled “Storytelling and Content Creation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” the workshop explored the evolving relationship between creativity, ethics, and AI-assisted content production.

Rather than focusing only on AI tools themselves, the session encouraged students to think critically about authorship, responsibility, representation, and creative identity in an increasingly AI-driven world. Participants discussed questions such as how AI shapes storytelling, whose voices are amplified or excluded, and how creators can remain intentional and authentic while working with emerging technologies.

The workshop combined discussions on creativity, media literacy, ethical AI use, and storytelling practices, reflecting Mako Kids’ broader mission to support thoughtful, child-centered, and socially responsible approaches to media and learning.

Through initiatives like these, Mako Kids continues to contribute to conversations around ethical innovation, inclusive education, and the future of storytelling in the digital age.
