Our journey through Fame Week Africa last week was like no other.  The fact that a market like this is emerging in Africa is a big deal. From creative thinkers to those making positive changes, it’s clear that the future of media in Africa is full of exciting possibilities. And being in the beautiful city of Cape Town made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

During the event, Nia and her friends got on stage and discovered the true essence of Ubuntu through Papo Hapo within Mip Africa.  We also got a glimpse into the world of Kenyan Animation, thanks to our Executive Producer, Irmak Atabek, along with Sarah Mallia, Chief Creative Director of Freehand Studios, and Chief Nyamweya, the Director of Freehand Studios. Together, they shared their remarkable efforts to promote African Animated TV series on the global stage.

The mix of creativity, innovation, and cultural diversity we encountered at Fame Week Africa left a lasting impression on us. We’re thrilled about the endless possibilities that lie ahead, and we’re eager to play our part in shaping the exciting future of African media.
